Position Overview:This position will be providing tier 2 support level of one of our asset and work order management systems, Infor Public Sector ( IPS ), and partnering with the operations and support team that provides tier 1 support level. The selected candidate will create new detail pages and workflows in .Net (C# and VB. NET ) based on business requirements, extract information from the database, perform maintenance activities, deploy new functionality, coordinate system upgrades, perform web services administration tasks, create documentation, manage version control and control management of the system, train users on new and existing functionality, support and configure mobile devices, and perform ride along with business users to validate how the system is being used. This position will also learn new skills as technology continues to evolve, potentially moving into a cloud environment or new asset management platform.
