General Description and Classification Standards
The Business Services Unit is seeking a highly organized and proactive leader to oversee the Employee Services Team. This position is responsible for managing several key administrative functions within the department, with a primary focus on position management, vacancy tracking, and fostering strong collaboration with Human Resources and other business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, foster collaboration, and elevate team performance.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, accounting, or related field
• 5 years of leadership, management or aviation experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Strong focus on customer service
• Strategic thinking abilities
• Proven experience providing operational support as a HR liaison.
Preferred Education & Experience
• Master’s degree in business, public administration, finance, human resources, accounting or related field
• 5-8 years of professional experience in administration and budgeting
Licensures and Certifications
Candidate will be expected to have licensure or professional certifications appropriate to the position if necessary.
