Human Resources Project Manager to support HR leadership in transforming our workforce through cutting-edge projects and initiatives. This role will focus on project management, driving process improvements, and overseeing the implementation of various projects and platforms, such as a human capital management system, employee relations database, onboarding technologies etc.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Manage start-to-finish project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic HR projects that align with organizational goals.
- Analyze current HR processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with multiple teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for new programs and initiatives that support efficiency and modernization.
- Develop training materials and resources to support the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Evaluate project outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a closely related field.
-AND- Experience : Two ( 2) years of full-time equivalent project management experience in which the primary responsibility includes oversight and coordination of projects, defining project scope, and developing and meeting project timelines, and/or experience with primary responsibility for professionally administering human resources programs (e.g., employee benefits, employment, employee/labor relations, classification, EEO, etc.,) in a public sector agency.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a strong customer service focus and exceptional verbal and written communication skills; will have excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments and/or projects; and will be able to work effectively with others, both internally and externally, at various levels in the organization.
