This full-time position may be domiciled at 2351 Kanell Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO or 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston, MO but will require regular travel between both areas. The regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday off. On-Call and occasional coverage on other shifts may be necessary at times to meet the needs of the individuals supported by SEMORS.

- Professional-level work implementing, monitoring, and reviewing individualized support plans for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities residing in their own homes in the community.
- As part of the treatment team, observation and reporting of relevant information; providing accurate and timely feedback to other team members, and working in a professional capacity with individuals supported, co-workers, and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for individuals to participate in community activities and seek competitive employment.
- Preparing reports and progress notes, assisting with annual staffing and budget reports, and completing quarterly and monthly reviews.
- Assist the SEMORS team in identifying and coordinating new admissions to the ISL program.
- Supervision and training of Support Care staff.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of positive behavior support principles and practices.
- Ability to evaluate the progress of individuals supported and the quality of their treatment programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
