The JobArrowhead Regional Medical Center is looking for a
Health Program Administrator who can provide programmatic leadership for the hospital's Medical Staff administrative operations. Incumbents in this role manage and oversee the scope and function of the hospital's Medical Staff Administration Office which includes but is not limited to compliance with regulations and standards from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid; California Department of Health; The Joint Commission; and Accreditation Commission for Health Care. This individual will be considered the subject matter expert for regulatory, accreditation, and certification efforts they relate to the Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Staff.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Pre-Employment Process : Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical and verification of employment history and education.

Minimum RequirementsEducation: A Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Behavioral/Social Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or a closely related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of
professional-level experience with primary responsibility for overseeing various health programs in a business, medical, and/or administrative office
within an acute care hospital. Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have Current Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification.
