    Purchasing Card Processor

    Position Description
    Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Review Purchasing Card (PCard) transactions for appropriateness and accuracy in an online application.
    • Demonstrate high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Reviews in a clear and concise manner every cardholder's Expense Report and required documentation.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of PCard policies while reviewing PCard transactions.
    • Maintains a working knowledge of the policies and regulations as set forth in OPs 72.15. 72.03 and 72.16.
    • Provide customer service assisting travelers and PCard users in navigating online travel and expense management system.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of system while providing value-based customer service.
    • Research and resolve all PCard questions from faculty and staff. Responds in a timely and courteous manner on all researched questions.
    • Ability to compose and communicate detailed responses to PCard end users.
    • Prioritize and schedule daily workload. Complete all duties and assignments in a timely manner.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Works independently on other assignments scheduled.


    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
