    The salary for this position is $50,688.00. - $84,519.00

    General Description and Classification Standards

    Provides administrative and technical support to the manager of an assigned department. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing and implementing real property and facilities inventory systems; administering and coordinating contracts related to the use of airport property, the preparation of specifications for contract negotiation and bidding of service contracts; and processing associated paperwork. Supervision Received: Works under very general supervision. Depending on organization structure, may work independently with responsibility for an assigned function or program.

    Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in airport management, business, or public administration or a related field. 1-2 years' of progressively responsible business and/or real estate or commercial property management experience is required; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job.

    Preferred Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in airport management, business, or public administration or a related field and 3-4 years' of progressively responsible business and/or real estate or commercial property management experience at an airport is highly preferred.

    Licensures and Certifications None required.
