    Salary Range: $43,920.23 - $58,542.45

    General Summary

    The project coordinator role will provide overall project collaboration and coordination, support to the Project Manager in domains related to real estate. The position will coordinate, manage and monitor project activities and ensure all project phases and objectives are met and documented appropriately through data validation, analyses, and will prepare project materials for sponsor, stakeholders and client as required. The Project Coordinator will compile and deliver project status reports, manage project meetings, direct communications with team members as well as leadership as required, develop collaborative efforts to help resolve technical problems, identify and analyze requirements to assist in defining project scope and deliverables when necessary.

    Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Business or related field is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience summarizing results and producing management reports.

    Preferred Education & Experience
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Business or related field is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience producing and delivering appropriate communications to the Executive Level.
    • Experience summarizing results and producing management reports.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines.

    Licensures and Certifications

    None required.
