As a Project Manager III at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport under the Office of Administration, ATL Workforce business unit, you will oversee key operational and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the Program Management Officer Sr. Your role includes managing grants, conducting apprenticeship audits, and utilizing data analysis and predictive modeling to inform strategic planning. You will be responsible for all data related to the ten department programs, focusing on reporting, visualization, and ensuring programs deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered as a substitute for the required degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, emphasizing data analysis, predictive modeling, grant management, and auditing.
- Proven experience in leading teams or managing projects in a complex, large-scale environment.
Certifications - Microsoft MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
- A+ Certification
Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering insights clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience with project management software like Microsoft Project or Mondays.com.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including using tools like JIRA or Trello, with experience in managing projects within an Agile framework.
- Experience in risk management, including the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Resource management experience, including managing personnel, budget, and time allocations for projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
