  • Job Description

    The Role:
    The Social Media Coordinator will support the implementation of our social media strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of various social initiatives and fostering growth across all LVCVA social media accounts.

    What You’ll Do:
    Keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive.
    • Coordinate day-to-day projects for our production and strategic team initiatives, e.g., liaising and scheduling with partners, ensuring prompt delivery of assets, etc.
    • Assist with creating the social media calendar for all platforms.
    • Schedule daily social media posts using relevant management tools.
    • Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally across business, extended destinations, and Las Vegas Monorail social handles.
    • Administer the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to properly archive all social assets with appropriate metadata for future use.
    • Work closely with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all social channels and support broader destination objectives.
    • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices, contributing innovative ideas to the team.


    What We’re Looking For:
    • High School Diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Two years of experience in a social media project coordination role with a broad understanding of authentic, social-first content
    • Proficiency with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
    • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or other project management tools preferred
    • Experience with social media and community management tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar platforms is a plus
    • Demonstrate commitment to valuing differences among individuals and being inclusive
    • Ability to listen, communicate, and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, management, and other Ambassadors in a variety of formats
    • Thorough attention to detail in composing and proofing materials and data entry
    • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization to meet deadlines
    • Possess working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
