    Position Description
    Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of Access to Breast Health for Texas (ABHT). Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

    Major/Essential Functions
    The Business Coordinator for Access to Breast Health for Texans (ABHT) funding under the ITDI program is responsible for organizing financial matters, vendor management, inventory tracking, and operational coordination to ensure smooth execution of ABHT initiatives. This role involves attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners. Coordinates the activities of the financial processes to ensure fiscal responsibility of department/college. Ensures staff and faculty have the resources to complete their work. Works in tandem with the Project Manager for Access to Breast Health for Texans

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
