Direct all aspects of building and utility maintenance in a Division of approximately 165 FTE with biennial funding exceeding $50 million dedicated to the maintenance of SPR buildings (approximately 500+ buildings). Direct and further develop preventative maintenance program to better sustain asset lifecycles. Maintain and further develop departmental regulatory compliance programs to comply with City, State, and Federal agencies; ensure compliance.
