Minimum Qualifications The position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon minimum qualifications: Water Protection Specialist Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience in plumbing, which must include one (1) year experience in public/municipal inspections or one (1) year experience as a licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester ( BPAT ).
