Ability to work within the County's procurement procedures. Completes all administrative reports, payroll forms, etc. within established deadlines. Provides oversight to the Carpentry shop in the supervisor's absence. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualification: High School diploma (or GED), Trades School with seven (7) or more years' of progressively responsible experience in the residential and commercial building trade and a minimum of five years' in a building maintenance environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to be on call 24/7 and available to work various shifts. Must be available for and report to work during a declared County emergency. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively within varying levels of management. Ability to provide feedback in both written and oral forms.
