Engineers are expected to have detailed subject matter expertise in certain areas, and to act as consultants to others in their areas of expertise. Ideal incumbents will demonstrate the following skills beyond the minimum qualifications: Experience in field reliability, process improvement, design, and maintenance. Strong Engineering skills and experience. Excellent problem-solving ability.
