The Position The Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services is seeking a qualified Principal Debt Analyst to join their team. The Principal Debt Analyst position is a key component of the City's Debt Management Division, which resides within the Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services (BRFS) and the Office of Management and Finance (OMF). The Debt Management Division provides timely and reliable access to capital markets to finance major infrastructure projects throughout the City.
