About Our Job Evergreen Golf Course is looking to hire a Golf Course Operator. This is a great opportunity for a PGA or LPGA member or apprentice who has completed at least level 2 or anyone who has retail or operational management experience who has thought about getting into the golf business. Depending on the successful candidate's credentials the working title can be Head Golf Pro or Non-Member Head Pro. The Golf Course Operator will perform supervisory responsibilities and conduct full-performance golf professional work devising, coordinating, and promoting daily play and tournament activities, manage staff, direct the operations of the golf pro shop and golf car fleet. This position is a full-time position, however, Evergreen Golf Course closes around November 1st and reopens around April 1st of each year. During this time, the person selected will be expected to monitor the course and may be assigned to support other City owned courses or the Golf administration team if needed. Evergreen Golf Course is Denver's signature mountain course. At 7,220 feet, this 18-hole executive course sits along Bear Creek.
