Job Description Under the direction of the Aquatics Manager, the Swim Lesson Coordinator is responsible for the safety of all patrons in and around the swimming pool, all swim lesson operations, all special/safety events, execution of daily operations and maintenance duties including required reporting. The Swim Lesson Coordinator must also fill in and be qualified as lifeguard on duty when needed.Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AND two years’ experience as a swim lesson coach or coordinator; OR a equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
