Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Equivalent Experience: Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Science, Life Science, Natural Science, or related field, plus six (6) years of relevant experience. The General Permit Program is responsible for expediting the development review, permitting and construction of administrative site plans for City Departments and City of Austin Franchised Utilities located on City properties, city easements and/or public right-of-way.
