Why you’ll love this position:The Ryan White (RW) Part B Program exists to ensure that low-income individuals living with HIV are able to access medications, medical services, and support services such as housing and transportation. This unique position ensures that the RW Part B Program is able to provide services through coordination of fiscal and programmatic components offered to clients in the program.
- Prepare and send quarterly invoices to 340B Drug Rebate pharmaceutical companies.
- Track, monitor, and forecast 340B Drug Rebate Program income and collaborate closely with Bureau of HIV, STI, and Hepatitis
- Management staff regarding program income.
- Use and maintain Ryan White, AIDS Drug Assistance Program, and 340B Drug Rebate Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.
- Work with the Bureau's Benefits Administrator and contracted Case Management agencies to review and verify MO HealthNet Spenddown or Ticket-to-Work Health Assurance Program premiums for clients.
- Collaborate with the Department of Social Services to process monthly MO HealthNet Spenddown and Ticket to Work Health Assurance Program data sharing.
Minimum Qualifications: - Two or more years of experience working with spreadsheets and financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Access, and Word.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data with attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and recommend quality improvement measures.
- Four to six years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and zero to two years of experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
