This opportunity is with the Office of Administration Division of General Services - OA Document Solutions. At Document Solutions, team members are responsible for providing print and mail services to state agencies.
- Operate and maintain high-volume printing and mailing equipment.
- Process print jobs according to specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies and order as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet printing and mailing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Pickup or deliver printed materials to customers or vendors.
- Provide assistance to other areas of production as needed.
Minimum Qualifications - Possession of a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass background check and finger printing to meet IRS requirements.
- Known knowledge of office machines.
- Ability to learn standard operating procedures of each machine as prescribed by the manufacturer.
- Ability to learn U.S. Postal Service (USPS) regulations, postal rates, and mail standards.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or box truck.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies and/or mail weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other employees.
