The Town of Truckee, California, is seeking an innovative and service-oriented professional to serve as its next Assistant Public Works Director. This is a unique opportunity to help lead a dynamic, multi-division department in a mountain town renowned for its commitment to sustainability, community collaboration, and high-quality service delivery. As a key member of the leadership team, the Assistant Director works in close partnership with the Public Works Director/Town Engineer and division managers, providing oversight and support for departmentwide administration and budget development, capital project delivery, work plan development, and interdepartmental coordination. SALARY AND BENEFITS
This position will receive an annual salary of $146,048 - $197,165 DOE/DOQ, PLUS a generous benefits package (PDF).
