As our Senior Project Manager, you won’t just manage timelines and budgets - you’ll drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and see your work come to life in impactful, visible ways across our campus. With several high-profile projects kicking off soon, now is the perfect time to get in on the ground floor.
Phase II Projects include: Event Lawn & Amphitheater (IIa): 20+ acre event lawn with a 6,000-seat amphitheater, VIP seating, and a teaching kitchen
Event Plaza Enhancements (IIa): A full redesign of a 130,000 sq ft plaza to improve walkability, create flexible vendor space, and host year-round events.
Outdoor Archery Range (IIa): A new 10-lane archery range with shaded viewing areas, safety features, and space for youth and family recreation.
Exposition Center (IIb): A full-service facility featuring over 100,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space.
Hotel (IIb): A 200-225-room hotel with shared amenities designed to serve visitors, event attendees, and business travelers.
Youth Hockey & Sports Arena (IIa): A redevelopment of the Pedersen Toyota Center into a multi-sheet complex for hockey, figure skating, and indoor flat-floor sports.
Blue Arena Expansion (IIa): 58,000 sq ft expansion including new VIP entry, luxury suites, loge boxes, and open-air hospitality terrace.
Campus Infrastructure Upgrades (IIa): Parking, signage, stormwater, and road access improvements across The Ranch campus.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and oversee capital improvement projects from planning through construction, ensuring compliance with professional standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to develop project scopes, schedules, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management and financial tracking software to monitor progress, manage budgets, and generate reports.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and regulatory requirements to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Prepare and present project updates, budget documents, and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across teams.
QualificationsTo move forward in the hiring process, candidates must meet the required minimum qualifications. - Eight (8) years of experience in the design, construction, and management of capital projects required.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education, from an accredited college or university in civil engineering, architecture, a related engineering field, or construction management required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.

Supplemental InformationThe t ypical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or overnight work as project needs arise.
