What you’ll do: This Program Assistant position is responsible for supporting the function of the Recovery and Self-Motivation (RSM) Program. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling staff trainings, tracking relevant client and program information, and ensuring program supplies are available. This person is responsible for providing support to program leadership as they perform their duties, including managing staff files and recording minutes for program meetings, which requires a high level of confidentiality, a great attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize. In addition, this person is responsible for providing support to other programs as needed and therefore must be able to function with considerable independence and handle multiple complex task deadlines simultaneously.
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications - T hree or more years of experience in office support work
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Problem solving and time management skills
