Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Facilities Structural Division, located at 947 Mexico Ave.
Salary Range: $18.61-29.39/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m.

Responsibilities
• Assists with processing invoices, purchase orders, tracking billing schedules, and managing contracts related to structural projects at the airport.
• Assists with managing the ordering and tracking of inventory for the structural team, ensuring necessary materials are available and stocked.
• Ensures the work order system is updated accurately and regularly. Send reminders and notifications to team members when updates or actions are needed to keep the system current.
• Assists with closing out monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), gathering relevant data, and compiling reports for team review. Provide any necessary support in interpreting or presenting KPI results.
• Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
• Acts as a liaison between the structural team and other divisions, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Coordinates meetings and document follow-ups as needed.
• Supports team with administrative needs or special projects as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRES high school graduation and 3 years of increasingly responsible secretarial and/or clerical experience; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience.

If appointed, non-residents must obtain residency inside Kansas City, Missouri's city limits within nine months.
