What you’ll do: - Serve as the first point of contact to end-users relative to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and OneNote; analyze and diagnose problems; instruct users on operating the application. Discuss program needs with users; develop technical specifications, input/output layouts, workflow diagrams, data models and other technical deliverables.
- Will be responsible for running quarterly Sharegate reports for site reviews for audit purposes, responsible for communicating upcoming changes or trends and for monitoring sites to stay in conformity with governance policies.
- Prepare user documentation, including manuals and training videos, procedures, and technical and testing documentation for SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and Microsoft Forms.
- Assist in coordination and planning with district and division Site Administrators, management team, committees, and other agencies to recommend solutions for current or future SharePoint needs and systems compatibility issues.
- Write, test, document, and update Microsoft Forms, Power Apps and Automate Flows.
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED/HiSET, and two years of experience in computer systems, repairs, and operations, or
- Associate's Degree: Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or
- 60 credit hours toward a related Bachelor's Degree
Special Working Conditions: - Job requires occasional, statewide, overnight travel.
