Location: 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: The Administrative Support Assistant for Human Resources and Total Rewards (HRTR) provides administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resource and Total Rewards bureau by providing exceptional customer service to Department of Revenue employees as well as Missouri Citizens.

- Electronically file documents
- Answering/directing calls on the HRTR main line
- Pick-up and distribute employee checks and badges
- Prepare and mail, email, fax office correspondence
- Provide polite, accurate, and professional assistance on the phone with citizens and Revenue employees.
- Process supply orders
- Handling calendars, schedule meetings and provide additional support as needed
