This position will be located at 2710 West Main Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Position hours are Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Prepare and review expense accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy and procedures.
- Process purchase orders in Missouri Buys
- Process invoices, including procurement cards, telecom, fleet, and shipping for payment ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy and procedures
- Manage Surplus Property items for the program
- Prepare deposits
- Provide back-up for front receptionist, primarily answering main phone line and sort and distribute mail

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 3-5 years of experience in payment processing or general office support.
