The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team whose critical role is to provide financial information and assistance while working with staff across the department in the areas of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
What you will do: - Compliance and enter SAMII and MissouriBuys accounts payable documents.
- Process and establish receivables for all interagency invoices.
- Enter and process cash receipt documents for the department.
- Process monthly reconciliation of the fleet management and track vehicle expenses.
- Assist in annual inventory and process fixed asset documents and reconciliation.
- Run daily and monthly financial reports
- Pick up and disburse mail
- Assist in annual file purge and records retention
- Assist in evaluating, modifying, and implementing procedures and policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 3 years of relevant experience

- Skill in providing clarification of technical and financial issues understandably.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret applicable federal and state regulations, policies, and guidance procedures.
