We are a Pathway Designated facility by ANCC, and we are on our journey to Magnet status.Position Summary: Responsible for the successful management of technology projects that are comprised of cross-functional teams of technical and business professionals, including 3rd-party vendors and contractors. The IT Project Manager will manage projects from concept to completion and drive project performance to deliver on-time and on-budget while managing scope, risks, and issues. This includes ensuring resource availability and allocation; developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress; managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; communicating and documenting to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committees and all levels of management project status, issues and successes.
Job RequirementEducation/Experience:Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or a closely related field and must also have practical hands-on experience managing and delivering IT projects on-time and on-budget using structured methodology and standard project management tools and techniques.
Licensing/Certification Requirements:None.
Additional and/or Preferred Position RequirementsAdditional Requirements:- A Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience Managing projects (preferably in a healthcare setting).
- Basic IT knowledge (understanding computer hardware and software, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting common issues, and proficiency in using essential software like email and operating systems.).
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools - Microsoft Project is a MUST HAVE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
Additional Certification Requirements:- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Mobility to work in a typical office setting and use standard office equipment, stamina to remain seated and maintain concentration for an extended period of time, vision to read printed materials and a VDT screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or an eligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
