Position OverviewThis position provides customer service to English and Spanish speakers patients seeking vaccination services, collection of vaccine administration fees, process payments, non-payments, and Medicaid patients. They will balance the cash drawer; prepare daily and monthly reports of monetary receipts, account revenues and write-offs’, file documentation, perform data entry, provide quality assurance of medical records, and correct main data errors. This position also supports clinics with administrative tasks, flu clinic operations, and outreach to the public, when needed.

Pay Range
$21.63 - $23.79
Hours
Mondays : 9:45 through 7:15 pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:45 am through 5:15 pm
Fridays : 7:45 am through 11:45 am
Saturdays : 7:45 am through 12:45 pm ( once a month)

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
