Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109

This position will serve as the Program Coordinator of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Lead Hazard Reduction Capacity Building Grant, and be responsible for day-to-day operations, oversight and administration of funds.- Manage and implement a new federal HUD grant program while serving as main point-of-contact
- Develop partnerships, and communicate and serve as a liaison between federal, state, and local agencies and organizations
- Oversee all outreach and marketing initiatives to include the development of materials
- Ensure compliance with grant deliverables, Missouri statutes, regulations, and industry best practices as appropriate
- S ubmit quarterly/annual reports
- Develop contract language for various types of contracts
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- A high level of commitment, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
