    Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109

    Why you’ll love this position:

    This position will serve as the Program Coordinator of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Lead Hazard Reduction Capacity Building Grant, and be responsible for day-to-day operations, oversight and administration of funds.

    • Manage and implement a new federal HUD grant program while serving as main point-of-contact
    • Develop partnerships, and communicate and serve as a liaison between federal, state, and local agencies and organizations
    • Oversee all outreach and marketing initiatives to include the development of materials
    • Ensure compliance with grant deliverables, Missouri statutes, regulations, and industry best practices as appropriate
    • S ubmit quarterly/annual reports
    • Develop contract language for various types of contracts


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
    • A high level of commitment, and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
