    Job Summary

    Starting Pay $29.73 - $37.90

    Develops, maintains, and enhances new and existing reporting systems according to customer feedback and independent understanding of business operations. Data is turned into information and information into insights that directly influence and advance organizational capability. Performs professional and administrative work and provides direct business intelligence support to all levels and disciplines of Public Works, with emphasis on Building and Development functions that are of key interest to City of Orlando customers. Prepares and delivers presentations that articulate business results to diverse audiences. Capable of leading changes to business processes, systems, and technology and driving faster adoption and higher proficiency amongst staff. Work is performed under the general direction of the Program Manager and reviewed through discussions and reports submitted.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Management, or Finance and two (2) to three (3) years of administrative capacity within the Engineering field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Administrative experience in the public sector preferred.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
