Job Summary Salary: $55.81-73.24 Performs management work directing the Accounting and Control Division regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue collection, fixed assets, banking services, payroll taxes, City of Orlando payroll and accounting recordkeeping, evaluation of internal controls, and all aspects of financial and compliance reporting. May perform other projects such as economic feasibility studies, indirect cost allocation plans, or other types of projects as set forth by the Chief Financial Officer or Deputy Financial Officer.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and four (4) or more years progressively responsible financial management experience, including responsibility for financial reporting; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Active Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. Certified Government Finance Officer, (CGFO) or Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) desired.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
