In this role, you will help leverage data to drive informed decision-making, assess the effectiveness of behavioral health programs, and support strategic planning efforts. You will serve as a thought partner to the Behavioral Health Department team, translating complex data into actionable insights. This position will work in the office approximately one day a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time.

This position will play a key role in the Familiar Faces Program, a special initiative focused on improving care coordination and outcomes for highly vulnerable individuals who frequently interact with behavioral health, criminal justice, and crisis systems. By collaborating with behavioral health leaders and community partners, you will help translate data into meaningful narratives that inform policy and resource allocation.

    Primary Responsibilities Include:
    • Develop and publish Power BI reports and dashboards that highlight the health needs of the community and illustrate the impact of behavioral health investments

    • Provide clear, insightful interpretation of available data, enabling strategic planning and operational excellence
    • Follow established guidelines and best practices for analytics development and data quality
    • Assist with user testing and troubleshooting
    • Recommend and create visualizations based on analytics best practices
