OverviewThe Barns and Arena Team Lead is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Ranch Events Complex Arena!
This position is pivotal in ensuring that events run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. As the Arena Team Lead, you will manage a team of arena staff, coordinate with event organizers, and ensure that the arena is set up and ready for each event.

ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Supervising, training, and managing a team of arena staff
- Ensuring the arena is properly set up and maintained for each event, including staging, seating arrangements, footing, and equipment
- Coordinating event logistics with the event coordinator, ensuring all setup and teardown requirements are met
- Monitoring and maintaining arena safety standards, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Assisting with crowd management and creating a safe, welcoming environment for attendees
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues during events, serving as the primary on-site contact
- Providing excellent customer service to event organizers, performers, and guests
- Assisting with the maintenance of arena equipment and infrastructure
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to support successful events

What we're looking for:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instruction and guidance
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with event participants and guests
- Attention to detail in managing event logistics, schedules, and staff assignments
- Ability to plan and oversee the efficient setup and breakdown of events
- Capability to assess and respond to emergency situations, including animal injuries or medical emergencies
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and set up or take down equipment as needed
- Comfort working in physically demanding and unpredictable environments
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities during events
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and event organizers
- Experience overseeing financial planning, budget allocation, and expense monitoring
QualificationsTo move forward in the hiring process, candidates must meet the required minimum qualifications. - Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
- Possession of, and ability to maintain, a Colorado Class 'B' CDL required.
- Possession of CPR and First Aid certifications within one (1) year of hire date required.
