The Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS), Office of Rural Health and Primary Care (ORHPC) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Primary Care Program Coodinator.
- Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the federal Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) grant and Health Professional Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP).
- Responsible for assisting with contract deliverables and compliance, budget, fiscal analysis, and monitoring compliance.
- Conducts research and data analysis demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of the federal and state grants and programs.
- Responsible for submitting timely progress reports, ongoing status updates, and grant and administrative reports.
- Collaborates with the ORHPC Chief and Primary Care Office Manager concerning Office of General Counsel on loan repayment cases, program and regulation changes
Minimum Qualifications: - This position requires a high level of written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can build impactful partnerships and has excellent networking and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience. (Substations may be allowed).
- Knowledge of individual and community health problems related to public health programs.
- Ability to work with considerable independence performing a wide range of duties to support the program.
