The District Attorney’s Office is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill the Administrative Specialist role. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to interact with the public, attorneys, and all members of our office.
As a key team member, you will ensure smooth operations by handling various tasks, from assisting people in person and over the phone to managing complex document preparation for scanning and indexing. The District Attorney's Office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A person in this position would be expected to be available for those hours. After a probationary period, there is a 1 day/week telecommuting option.

- Answering the main phone line for the District Attorney's Office
- Scanning and indexing departmental documents into the imaging system according to established procedures

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
