The Motor Vehicle and Driver License Division, Compliance and Investigation Bureau is seeking a reliable and energetic new team member for their Dealer Business Licensing Section. As a Research /Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in the processing and handling of dealership licensing.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and conduct research studies pertaining to dealerships that and present the findings to all available stakeholders.
• Identify dealerships that are not in compliance with Missouri laws and regulations.
• Conduct and develop research studies based on the evaluations of dealerships and will provide improvement ideas or recommendations to leadership.
• Provide training to the team and implement training guidelines for dealerships.
• Review constituent complaints about a dealership and make necessary decisions of the action that will occur on the dealership dependent of the investigation.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• How to conduct appropriate analysis of documents
