The Bureau of Special Health Care Needs (SHCN) is looking for a motivated, customer service focused individual to fulfill the role of a Lead Administrative Support Assistant (LASA). Located in Raytown this position will serve as a Healthy Children and Youth and Medically Fragile Adult Waiver West Region LASA.
What you’ll do: - Support leadership and team members with administrative support functions.
- Lead office operations.
- Complete and review expenditures and various financial reports.
- Manage inventory and equipment.
- Answer and lead phone interviews to gather pertinent information.
- Review, monitor, and complete data entry in various IT systems.
- Work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team.
- Provide objective and accurate documentation.
- Represent the program with exemplary customer service.
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications - 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- This position must demonstrate respect, understanding, and effective interaction with diverse populations.
- Successful candidates must be able to work independently, anticipate priorities, and demonstrate superior initiative.
