Job Summary Performs limited supervisory and semi-skilled work involving the maintenance of grounds, flowers and plants, athletic fields and landscaped areas and/or general maintenance of community recreation facilities. Employees assigned to this classification perform a variety of tasks involving above-average physical effort, and operation of power tools and equipment requiring some manipulative skills and the ability to work without frequent supervision. Work is usually performed under moderate supervision of Crew Leader or Field Supervisor and is reviewed while in progress and upon completion through direct observation, meetings, and review of work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Equipment used includes: Brouwer court roller, Har - tru court pac pro roller with drag, Clay court roller, Blower, Weed eater, Edger, Lawnmower, Clay court liner, Clay court line cleaner, Pressure washer, Clay court spreader for adding clay to courts, and handling gas to fill equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate plus two (2) years of experience in knowledge and maintenance of Clay and Hard Tennis Courts
requiredor an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Requiredto work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
