Job Summary Performs administrative work overseeing the operations, programming activities, and maintenance of the Orlando Tennis Centre. An employee assigned to this classification isresponsible for promoting facility usage, revenue generation, bookkeeping, evaluating and supervising the work of facility staff, facility maintenance, and tennis pro instructor contractors.
The Manager ensures excellentcustomer service to meet patrons' expectationsand develops community-focused programs. As well as developing and implementing a succession plan. Work is performed under the general direction of the Recreation Program Managerand reviewed through reports, conferences, and results achieved.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree in Recreation, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field and two (2) years of management experience in a recreation facility, including some supervisory experience
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Tennis center management experience preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License is
required. Valid United States Safe Sport certification is
required.
Must pass a background check which includes a polygraph.
Availability required to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
