What you’ll do: This role carries significant responsibility, involving specialized and intricate accounting functions along with administrative tasks related to managing the official roll of attorneys and supporting the Clerk of the Supreme Court in treasurer responsibilities. Work will be conducted under the supervision of the Attorney Enrollment Director and the Clerk of the Court.

This role involves comprehensive financial analysis and administrative tasks, including:
- Performing financial audits, reporting, reconciling, and distributing fees across multiple platforms.
- Processing and preparing financial records like invoices, payments, and general ledger entries.
- Managing lock box functions, maintaining the chart of accounts, and preparing detailed transfer entries for ACH payments.
- Monitoring and updating financial accounting software, verifying balances, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Researching issues in accounts and preparing various financial reports for internal and external use.
- Administrative duties include managing the attorney roll, supporting professional licensure renewals, and processing suspensions and reinstatements.
- Providing customer service by addressing various inquiries and preparing detailed written and verbal responses.

Preferred Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited high school, or GED
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or business-related field preferred
- Minimum two years relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, banking, and accounts receivables
