This position is an integral part of our team and the main point of contact for the Department of Natural Resources and the Lewis and Clark Building. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong and lasting relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Daily hours are flexible with standard operating hours being Monday- Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Will consider those interested in only a morning or afternoon shift but would prefer a full-time employee.
For those considering a part-time opportunity, you would be paid an hourly wage of $18.00 - $18.12 per hour.
Please note that part-time roles may not be eligible for benefits. This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building at 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65102
- Answer and properly route phone calls to and from multiple locations.
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the Lewis and Clark Building.
- Assist with making reservations for building conference rooms, projectors, and tablecloths.
- Process ID Badges for new and existing team members.
- Ensure administrative and clerical coverage of the reception area during business hours.
- Create and update informational resources to ensure success in the position.
To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills:
- 0-1 year of customer service experience.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity.
