This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) providing support to one or more state agencies.

- Responsible for project planning, overseeing activities of the project team, and identifying appropriate resources needed.
- Develops project plans, timelines, and accountabilities.
- Provide project status updates.
- Provide contract management, manage deliverable acceptance, and process invoices.
- Maintain project reporting and documentation required by the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
- Provide overall planning, coordination, and direction of all assigned projects through the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide governance over the project budget: including approvals for project deliverables and invoices.
- Work effectively with agency staff, EPMO staff, and other IT functional areas to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organization, Conflict Resolution, and Critical Thinking.
- Planning and organizing projects ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Managing projects from conception to implementation.
