Job Description
Role
The Facilities Department is seeking full-time Custodians that perform various routine custodial and cleaning tasks in designated areas of County buildings on assigned shifts. Most positions are evening hours 5:00 pm - 1:00 am, though some exceptions may apply. Workdays may vary.
Major Duties, Responsibilities- Cleans and maintains County facilities, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, carpet spotting and cleaning restrooms, entries, walkway, and glass using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Performs equipment care, including cleaning and changing belts and bags.
- Identifies and reports repair needs and maintains inventory of cleaning supplies for assigned buildings.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
No experience required.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
