City Manager
City of Parlier, California
Annual Salary: $180,000 – 200,000 DOE/DOQ
The City of Parlier, California, is seeking a seasoned, visionary City Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all municipal operations, ensuring the effective management of the City's functions and resources. The City Manager will oversee a direct staff of six, an indirect staff of approximately 80, and an approximate FY 2025 budget of $6 million. The City Manager will ensure the city is advancing community and economic development, housing and infrastructure initiatives, and effective management of finance, budget process, and grant programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and community services and ideally with experience as a Deputy/Assistant City Manager, or City Manager. As a confident and decisive leader, they will foster the collaboration between departments, internal staff, the City Council, businesses, and the community. They will provide excellence in customer service, diplomacy, and policy, and bring knowledge to effectively work with municipal policy development and an elected body.
