- Paid annual leave:
- Vacation: 1-5 years of continuous service: 10 working days per year
- 6-10 years of continuous service: 15 working days per year
- 11-15 years of continuous service: 20 working days per year
- 16 years or higher of continuous service: 25 working days per year
Sick Leave: 1 day of sick leave with pay for each month of service from the date of employment Holidays: 13 working days each yearFloating Holidays: 3 working days each fiscal year Group Insurance: The Solid Waste Management pays a portion of the employee's group health, dental, and life insurance premiums with dependent health and dental care benefits available at group rates. Retirement: The Solid Waste Management is a member of the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS) integrated with Social Security.
