The Office of Administration - Risk Management Program is seeking intern within our State Employee’s Workers Compensation program. This would be a supporting role within the program by helping our team with day-to-day tasks noted in the key responsibilities section. This internship will p rovide an opportunity to become familiar with risk management and the ability to n etwork with professionals in state government and risk management.- Scanning of case files,
- Organization of incoming fax/mail documents,
- Opening and date stamping of incoming mail,
- Assisting with file archiving,
- Scheduling of medical appointments for injured workers,
- Filing of claim documents, and
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED/HiSET
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service skills
- Organizational, problem-solving, and detail oriented skills .
