What you’ll do: - Maintain and enter contract information in Division databases.
- Identify, monitor, track, and address emerging contractor performance and other contract management issues. Participate in periodic contract health check meetings with customer agencies to identify emerging issues.
- Conduct status checks on contractor compliance relative to their commitments and communicate with division staff and division stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance.
- Conduct status checks on contracts and communicate with division staff and division stakeholders as needed to ensure timely contract renewal or replacement.
- Participate in and/or assist with meetings and presentations as needed by the Contract Manager.
All you need for success:Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)
Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement and/or contract management experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities.
- Effective written and oral communication
- Able to analyze facts, apply identified parameters, and draw conclusions.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Adaptable to change, deadlines, and working with teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, agency staff, and vendors
- Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of SAMII and MissouriBUYS are preferred.
